We love these photographs from photographer Yale Joel. While he originally started out as a combat photographer during WWII, he later became part of the famous LIFE magazine staff. Joel earned the reputation of capturing the “impossible”, creating camera perspectives that the ordinary eye cannot see. He was also a pioneer in the exploration of wide angel photography. Joel is truly one of the best photographers of our time. Click here to see more of his work.
